PRIVACY ACT NOTICE

The personal information collected on the following pages is collected by a school and Robert Allwell and Associates in order to allow testing to take place. Further information is collected as part of the testing procedure.

This information is used to assess an applicant’s suitability for scholarships, placement and entrance and for gifted and talented programs. It will also help in sending you information about the School and the testing programs.

If we do not obtain this information we will not be able to assess an applicant for a scholarship, placement, entrance or gifted and talented program.

The information will be kept by the School and Robert Allwell & Associates until the end of the year in which the tests take place, at which time it will be destroyed or permanently de-identified.

After testing, some test scores without identifiers are kept for research purposes but this information is not forwarded to third parties.
